I've been reading so much poetry lately, and @jennyboychuk's debut poetry collection showcased how creative and yet thematic we can be with poetry. Jenny won the CBC Nonfiction Prize the year I shortlisted, and it has been so inspiring to follow her career. Let me know if you're in Muskoka and want to borrow this.
I love poppies for so many reasons, but one unexpected one is because when their petals fall into the walkway, I feel like nature has sprinkled them just to lead my way.
If you find yourself while lost in the woods, were you ever really lost?
Having cancer and learning about a genetic predisposition to it gets you thinking about death.
