I have no problem being a buzz-kill when the buzz harms me or others. I am important and so are my values, and I will prioritize them because that’s the person I want to be.

I honestly can't decide if I love or hate instagram. I have 45 unread text messages and at least 6 rather pertinent emails awaiting attention. I always feel like I shouldn't be on social media until those issues are addressed. Because I know there are loved ones here reading this while I haven't responded to their outreaches elsewhere. And it isn't personal and it isn't purposeful. I am overwhelmed, desperately seeking balance, and kind of want to crawl into an ice cave (as shown).
